I believe one should always work with the client in knowing their expectations and then setting realistic goals. Not knowing what your client wants is the biggest disservice you can do to their trust in your ability to deliver for them.

I have proudly displayed our client satisfaction credentials on our website along with testimonials we have received. It gladdens my heart to see fellow immigrants finally realizing their American dream as they hold aloft their Naturalization certificate to show off what an able choice they made. I recently had the pleasure of receiving beautiful photos of an upstate New York Naturalization ceremony from one of my clients along with this note:

I began my immigration journey back in 2002. As an Australian citizen I needed an attorney to process my H1B visa application, after receiving a job offer from a local community bank. At the time I did not know who to use, so I picked someone from NYC based on reviews online. The H1B was approved and I began my career with the bank.

When it came time to extend the temporary visa and apply for a green card I decided to look for another attorney. After having some problems with my H1B paperwork I was not happy with the service I was receiving for the NYC immigration attorney and found his charges to be excessive.

I was referred to Vaman from one of my customers at the Bank. He came highly recommended. When I first met with Vaman I felt like he truly cared about me and fully understood the entire process. His fees were very reasonable also.

Vaman and I have communicated primarily via email as well as speaking on the phone a few times. This has not taken away from the level of service and professionalism I experienced by Vaman and his staff. They truly care about their clients and you feel that through the entire process.

I was so happy with the service provided that I asked the firm to process my citizenship application once I had completed my 5 years of permanent residency. Again, the staff was always available to answer questions and completed the paperwork in a prompt manner. Prior to the interview, Vaman called and walked me through the process step-by-step so that there would be no surprises. This really helped ease the stress I felt at the time.

Last Friday I took my oath and I am now officially a US citizen. It has been a long road, with 12 years of lawyers, paperwork, government filing fees…and mostly a lot of patience waiting for the visa and green card to be approved, as well as the 5 year residency requirement.

I would recommend Vaman and his team to anyone needing immigration services. –V. Batten.
