Please choose the amount and click on the Paynow button.  You will be directed to Paypal page where you can enter your e-mail address if you have an account or click on Pay with debit card or credit card where you can enter your card information and process the payment.

We use Paypal to process all credit card and debit card transactions.  Paypal is safe and they have a FAQ that answers this question.

We do offer telephone consultations. You need not come to our office, unless you choose otherwise.

The consultation can be up to half hour with a flat fee of $225.00.

That is the fee we charge when the Attorney is requested to review certain documents and offer opinion on them.

We charge a flat fee for Professional Fees, however, to offer you the convenience of paying online, we are charged a service fee by Paypal which is added to the Professional fees. You can avoid this and pay us by check if you prefer. Please call us to discuss your payment options.

The filing fees for petitions keep changing from time to time. Filing Fee information can be readily obtained from the Service’s website at www.uscis.gov

The “Next Step” always differs from case to case. However, as a general rule, nonimmigrant visas are either approved or denied based on the initial filing. Our office will inform you when we receive case status information from the Service. Green Card cases are different.
