On Jan. 30, 2024, USCIS announced a final rule to adjust certain immigration and naturalization benefit request fees. We believe that this is both excessive and unnecessary. More importantly, it does nothing to reduce backlogs or speed up processing. This endless cycle of fee increases by the Service is affecting clients disproportionately. This additional burden will make it harder to hire and retain valuable highly skilled talent. Speak up and contact your representatives to make sure they know this is not OK!
