Business Immigration Paralegal – Multiple positions:

FT/PT positions. Under the guidance of a Senior Paralegal/Attorney, work on business Immigration petitions being filed on behalf of clients.

Candidates must be capable of typing at least 40-60 wpm and be familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Although use of immigration software (e-immigration) would be a plus, no prior knowledge is required. We offer comprehensive training. If you are willing and eager to learn, and to be part of a team environment (fast paced and demanding), you should be a good fit for this position.

Business Immigration Attorney (Contract Position):

This position is mainly for newly admitted Attorneys with some, or no experience in Business Immigration, willing to learn on the job. This position offers immediate exposure to H-1B RFEs and PERM audits.
