I-485 Denial – Successful Motion to Reopen
I want to share my experience how Mr.Vaman Kidambi overturn my Denial to Approval. I worked in IT Consulting company for 9 yrs. In my 8th year I got EAD and applied for I-485. In my 9th year, I got a Full time job offer with an Airline company with good salary and benefits .So, I moved to that New Company using my EAD. By the time I got the Documents in hand to file AC21, My previous Employer immediately withdraw I-140 and finally my I-485 got denied. All my friends suggested me to go with the Top 2 Immigration firms. One of my friend refer Kidambi. I know my case was very critical and not to take chances.
